Accenture is a global professional services company specializing in consulting, technology services, and digital transformation.

By working in the technology department, my main responsibilities include:

• Work on an International Project;
• Identify scope, define requirements, and create functional and technical specifications;
• Analyze, design, build, and test new components or enhancements to existing modules, including reporting and analysis capabilities;
• Ensure applications are operating according to service commitments;
• Performance analysis and tuning;
• Training new joiners in abap programming;
• Preparation of presentations for meetings and their minutes.

LIPOR developed a product from recycled Polypropylene which won an international award from FAMAE. LIPOR wanted to launch its product on the market by establishing a B2B business model.

Within the scope of this project, my main responsibilities included:

• Planning and design of processes related to the company's new product;
• Supply chain logistical planning, with MRP development;
• Define KPIs and develop monitoring tools;
• Define requirements, procedures and create protocols to ensure the quality of the components;
• Design and support the implementation of the layout of the warehouse and the workplace;
